General Policies

RPQ Portugal Tourism has the license of tourist animation no – 129/2023. This certification can be consulted at any time at Turismo de Portugal or in one of its subsidiaries around the world. Of course, the best proof of our quality is the feedback given by our customers, which you can consult on our website (www.rpqportugaltourism.com) and on our TripAdvisor page.

The tours of RPQ Portugal Tourism are fully covered by compulsory insurance for this activity, including:

• Insurance of Civil Liability
• Car Insurance
• Personal Accident Insurance

On our website, at www.rpqportugaltourism.com, you will find a detailed description of each of our tours, as well as what is included.

All items not listed in the ‘tour includes’ field are not included in the tour price.

Visits with local expert guides should be requested when booking the tour.

The listed price of the tours is total per group, according to the number of participants.

Our tours are led by expert guides who work exclusively with us. His knowledge from his consolidated training and daily experience, are the key to show you the hidden jewels of our country. With them you will experience the true authenticity and Portuguese culture.

There is no minimum age to participate in our tours.

Reservations & Payments Policies

All reservations will be made through the email info@rpqportugaltourism.com or on our website, through the online booking form.

The reservation is only valid when confirmed through the email info@rpqportugaltourism.com by RPQ Portugal Tourism.

The selected tours will be pre-booked until proof of payment of the full amount is presented, up to a maximum of 30 days before the date chosen for the tour, or reserved, with proof of payment of 50% of the total amount at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% up to 30 days before the tour is scheduled to take place.

Payments must be made via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations are subject to the following penalties on the total tour price:

• Up to 30 days before arrival, total refund;
• 30 days to 15 days before arrival: 50% refund;
• Less than 15 days before arrival: NO refund.
